Job Description – Sales & Service Executive
Location: Madukkarai, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities (Short & Clear):
Handle sales, customer visits, service calls, and installation support.
Work with OEM clients and support technical/product discussions.
Coordinate with R&D/NPD teams for product improvement and customer requirements.
Execute simple marketing strategies like customer follow-ups, product demos, and market analysis.
Prepare quotations, reports, and maintain proper documentation.
Travel for client visits (local & outstation).
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills & Advantages:
Mechanical background is a strong advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge & marketing awareness.
Willing to travel and manage field work independently.
Salary & Benefits:
