Telesales Executive

Job Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation and sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers, present products or services, and persuade them to buy. 
  • Customer engagement: Handle inbound inquiries and build relationships with both potential and existing customers. 
  • Needs assessment: Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. 
  • Achieve targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators. 
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues professionally. 
  • Product knowledge: up-to-date on products, services, market trends, and competitor information. 
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to develop sales strategies and achieve overall goals. 

Required skills and qualities

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and manage customer complaints.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Multiple Languages added as advantage (Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam)
