Machine Operation: Run CNC/VMC machines to produce components, monitoring for smooth operation and adjusting settings (speed, feed, coolant).
Setup & Programming: Load raw materials, select tools, and load or modify programs (G-code/M-code) for specific jobs.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to meet blueprint specifications.
Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Documentation: Maintain production logs and records.
Safety: Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols.
