Job description:

Should have a good practical knowledge and experience in High pressure die casting.

Key Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Capable of loading dies
  • Maintain old dies and oversee repair work
  • Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
  • Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
  • Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
  • Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
  • Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.

Qualification & Experience Required:-

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in foundry(PDC/GDC).
  • Experience in handling automotive and non-automotive die-casting components and problem-solving.
  • Experience with Machines ranging from 100 to 250 tons.
  • Experience in operating Zitai make machines
