Job Title: CNC Programmer cum Operator

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines – VTL, VMC, and HMC.
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using FANUC controls.
Perform machining operations as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and program-related issues to reduce downtime.
Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality standards are met.
Follow safety procedures, housekeeping norms, and preventive maintenance practices.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve delivery schedules.
