We are looking for a skilled and responsible Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding operations to fabricate and assemble metal components as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform welding operations using MIG / TIG / Arc welding as per job requirements
Read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols
Prepare materials for welding (cutting, grinding, cleaning)
Ensure proper alignment and fit-up of parts before welding
Maintain weld quality as per company and customer standards
Inspect welded joints for defects and carry out minor rectifications
Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment at all times
Maintain welding machines, tools, and work area in good condition
Meet production targets and timelines
