Operate CNC machines such as CNC lathe, VMC, HMC, or milling machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces before machining operations.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
Monitor machining processes and make basic adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Inspect machined components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and gauges.
Maintain production records, cycle time data, and inspection reports.
Identify machine issues, tool wear, or defects and report them to supervisors.
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.
Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, cutters, and measuring instruments.
Support continuous improvement, 5S, and productivity enhancement activities.
