Job Description
Load raw materials such as gasket sheets, rubber compounds, or metal stock into CNC machines, secure them, and execute pre-programmed cycles for cutting, milling, drilling, shaping, or grooving.
Monitor machine operations, adjust speeds, feeds, and tool offsets, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot malfunctions like worn tools.
Inspect finished gaskets using callipers, micrometres and gauges for dimensions, surface finish, and defects; verify against blueprints and record results.
