Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable PET Blowing Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-speed blow molding machines (e.g., sun tech, KHS, Sidel, Techlong, or ASB) to produce high-quality PET bottles and containers. You will ensure that all production targets are met while adhering to strict quality and safety protocols. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Efficiently operate semi-automatic or fully automatic rotary and linear blow molding lines.
  • Setup & Changeover: Perform mold changes and adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for different bottle sizes and shapes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual and technical inspections to identify defects like wall thickness issues, haziness, or base deformities.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
  • Documentation: Accurately record production data, including output quantities, scrap rates, and machine performance metrics.
  • Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace by following 5S principles and all safety guidelines. 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or ITI; a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or CIPET certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in PET blow molding within a beverage or packaging environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling rotary blowing machines (e.g., SBO-series) and auxiliary equipment like compressors and chillers.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
