• Develop and implement strategic production target and quality standards to achieve company objectives.
• Export Compliance: Ensure all production processes adhere to international buyer specifications and export quality standards (ISO/GMP).
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a workforce of operators, focusing on skill development and high performance. • Zero-Defect Focus: Ability to implement and monitor quality management systems to minimize rejects and ensure products meet buyer-specific "first pass yield" targets.
• Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment and minimize organizational liability.
