• Ensure export compliance by following international buyer specifications and quality certifications such
as ISO / GMP.
• Monitor quality at all stages of production to prevent defects and reduce rejections.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems to achieve high first-pass yield and zero-defect
production.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, testing, and documentation as per export norms.
• Guide and train production operators on quality procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards related to quality operations.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams to maintain consistent product quality.
