Name of the Position : CNC machine Operator
Reporting to : Shift Supervisor
Working Hours : 8 hours per shift ( 3 shifts)
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations, such as turning, milling, and grinding.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
3. Set up and calibrate machines, including loading and unloading workpieces.
4. Monitor machine performance, detect issues, and perform routine maintenance.
5. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
7. Knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code M-code).
8. Familiarity with machining operations and techniques.
9. Attention to detail and quality control.
10. Basic math skills and understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Experience with specific CNC machines (e.g., Haas, Fanuc).
13. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
14. 5S Knowledge
15. Awareness on Personal Protective Equipment’s
16. Awareness on First Aid
17.Awareness on Report writing
