Respond promptly to service calls, complaints, and queries.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
Provide detailed service reports, explain repairs performed, and give maintenance advice.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Record service details including issues diagnosed, parts used, and time taken.
Submit daily or weekly service reports to the service manager.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
6. Quality & Compliance

Stay updated with new models and service techniques through training.
