
Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly of components and sub-assemblies as per work instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
Read and understand assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively.
Ensure products meet quality standards by following inspection and testing procedures.
Identify, report, and support resolution of assembly defects or process issues.
Maintain proper documentation such as checklists, production reports, and traceability records.
Follow EHS, 5S, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Support line supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
Coordinate with quality, stores, and engineering teams for material or process clarifications.
Assist in continuous improvement activities to reduce rework and improve productivity.
Handle minor troubleshooting during assembly and escalate major issues appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly workstation.
