To execute the daily planned and scheduled work for completing the production plan.
Maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 document.
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
Train and integrate new workers.
Handle customer and employee complaints.
Assign staff members to shifts.
Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
Order materials needed for production.
Open or close the warehouse at the start and end of the day.
Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
Resolve workplace disputes.
Responsible to deal with QC Department for smooth production operations.
Maintain log book of production and provide monthly/quarterly/ Half yearly/ yearly reports when needed.
Train team members for zero loss production.
