Inspection & Testing:
Design and perform inspections (incoming, in-process, final) and tests on materials, equipment, and products.

Analyze production processes, identify failures, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma).
Data Analysis:
Use statistical methods (like SPC) to monitor quality, identify trends, and report on performance.
Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve product and production issues, focusing on root cause identification.
Documentation:
Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and process documentation.
Collaboration:
Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Training:
Educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Develop & Implement Standards:
Create and maintain quality policies, procedures, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) like ISO 9001.
