Job Description
Position: Injection Molding Operator (Diploma Fresher)
Department: Production – Molding
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Job Purpose
To operate injection molding machines and produce plastic parts as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machine as per instructions.
Remove molded parts and check for visible defects.
Maintain required production quantity per shift.
Separate good and rejected parts.
Follow safety rules and wear PPE (helmet, safety shoes, gloves).
Maintain cleanliness at work area (5S).
Inform supervisor about machine issues or defects.
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Plastic Technology.
Freshers can apply.
Skills Required
Basic technical knowledge.
Willing to work in shifts.
Good observation and learning attitude.
