Description

Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair AC systems (including split, ductable, and packaged units).

Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning evaporator/condenser coils and descaling chillers.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs.
System Upgrades: Assist with retrofitting, augmentation of existing HVAC systems, and component upgrades.
Safety & Reporting: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, prepare maintenance logs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

AC Specialist

Additional Skills

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Air Handling Units (AHU), Ducted Splits, Packaged Air Conditioners, and HVAC designing. Sales & Service: Experience in HVAC sales, HVAC product knowledge, and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Project Coordination: Site supervision, electrical contracting, project troubleshooting, and managing project deadlines. Soft Skills: Strong communication, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
