Experienced: ₹16,500 +1000 Att.bonus + ₹1,500 NAPS = ₹19,000
Shift Timings: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Leave Policy: If a candidate works 25 days, 1 Casual Leave is permitted.
Overtime (OT) Policy
Festival holidays, working Double OT applicable
OT Rate (Fresher): ₹66/hour
OT Rate (Experienced): ₹69/hour

1. Press Operator (10 Nos)

Experience: 1-2 years (Fresher in Naps)
Monthly Salary:
Fresher: ₹15,418 +1000 Att.bonus + ₹1,500 NAPS = ₹17,918
Experience: ₹ 15,046 + ₹1,000 Att.Bonus + ₹1,250 20 Days Pre.All = ₹17,296 + ESI PF
OT Rate: ₹74 / hour
2. Welder – MIG / Manual (5 Nos)
Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Dip
Experience: 1-2 years (Fresher in Naps)
Monthly Salary
Fresher: ₹15,418 +1000 Att.bonus + ₹1,500 NAPS = ₹17,918
Experience: ₹ 20,252 + ₹1,000 Att.Bonus+ ₹1,250 20 Days Present Welder Allo = ₹22,502
OT Rate: ₹83 / hour
3. Casual Labour (20 Nos)
Qualification: 10th, 12th
Monthly Salary: ₹13,136 + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus = ₹14,136
OT Rate: ₹66 / hour
Food & snacks: Provided by the company on a shift basis
Attendance Cycle - 1st to 30th of every month
Shift: 8 hours working
Sunday fixed Holiday
