We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities
● Lead the complete design lifecycle from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences across all touchpoints.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and detailed design solutions.
● Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
● Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visually polished UI designs using modern design tools.
● Maintain and evolve design systems and brand consistency across platforms and features.
● Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive design culture.
● Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and bring relevant insights into the product development process.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
● 5+ years of professional experience in product/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and results.
● Hands-on experience with tools such as Creo, CATIA V5, ANSYS Simulation, or equivalent CAD and simulation platforms.
● Proven track record in managing design projects independently and collaborating effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
● Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design vision and rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
