Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to handle sales of elevators, escalators, AMC, modernization, and new installations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
Generate business for new elevator installations, AMC & modernization.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects & industries.
Lead Generation
Identify new clients through field visits, references, networks, and market mapping.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads to sales.
Client Meetings & Proposals
Meet clients to understand requirements and explain product details.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, BOQ, and terms.
Give presentations when required.
Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Finalize orders with support from management. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with existing customers
Collect feedback and support smooth project coordination.
Market Insights
Study market trends, competitor pricing, and opportunities.
Report updates to management regularly.
Qualifications
Any Graduate (MBA not mandatory)
Fresher or experienced in sales
Experience in elevator/lift industry is an added advantage
