Roles & Responsibilities :
Ability to load, unload and operate CNC Turning machie
Working knowledge of facing, boring, drilling, slotting, and tapping.
Ability to alter cutting tool feed and speed.
Ability to take work offset and tool offsets
Ability to understand G&M codes and work to 0.001” tolerance.
Ability to understand basic CNC turning program
Ability to understand engineering drawings
Understanding GD&T, inspection method using various measuring instruments
Achieve Production Target Vs Planned Target
Responsible for Quality of the part’s produced
Monitoring tool life.
Rejection analysis
Knowledge of 6S and minor CNC machine maintenance
