
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Batchelors
Experience: Minimum 3 Years needed.
Skills: VMC Fanuc Control programming knowledge, Component Setting & development. Fixture & Tooling knowledge. Drawing knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
·Machine Setup: Prepare, set up, and calibrate Vertical Machining Centers to ensure they are ready for production. This includes tool selection, work piece positioning, and fixture setup.
·Tool Changes: Perform tool changes and adjustments as needed during the machining process, and maintain tooling inventory.
·Quality Control: Monitor the machining process to ensure the quality of parts meets specifications, and make necessary adjustments as required.
·Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
·Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine setup, tool changes, and production data.
·Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the machining process to minimize downtime.
·Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
·Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and CNC programs.
