Execute day-to-day procurement activities in line with project and operational requirements.
Manage sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluations, and vendor communications.
Support import and export activities by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assist in preparing purchase orders and contract documentation.
Maintain vendor records and support supplier evaluation processes.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Monitor delivery schedules, material status, and inventory levels to avoid project delays.
Work closely with engineering, project, and finance teams to clarify technical specifications and procurement needs.
Support compliance with applicable standards such as API and ASME during material selection and procurement.

Education / Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain activities.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and basic analytical tools.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Oil & Gas industry experience is an added advantage.
