
Roles and Responsibilities for production Operators:
1. Assembly Line Work
Assemble TV units as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Handle components such as display panels, main boards, speakers, etc.
Ensure precision and care in each step to avoid damage to electronic parts
2. Machine Operation
Operate basic production equipment (e.g., screwdrivers, conveyor belts, test machines)
Monitor machine functions and report abnormalities immediately
3. Quality Control
Inspect products for visual or functional defects during production and after assembly
Follow quality guidelines provided by the quality team or engineers
4. Material Handling
Manage and organize raw materials and finished goods
Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rules if applicable
5. Production Documentation
Maintain daily production records (units assembled, rejections, rework details)
Fill checklists and logs accurately for traceability
6. Workplace Safety
Adhere to safety protocols like wearing ESD shoes, gloves, masks, etc as per the electronics manufacturer standards.
7. Team Coordination
Work in coordination with other operators, line leaders, and supervisors
Participate in daily briefings or training sessions
8. 5S
Maintain cleanliness in the workstation and follow 5S principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
