Description

An Assistant Operator & Technician in production ensures smooth manufacturing operations by operating machinery, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and adhering to safety/quality standards. They support higher-level operators, handle materials, document production data, and maintain a clean workspace to meet production goals.

Core Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Support: Operate, monitor, and assist in setting up/adjusting production machinery and equipment.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machinery issues to prevent downtime.
Quality Control & Safety: Conduct regular quality checks on products, follow strict safety protocols (GMP/SOPs), and keep the workspace clean.
Documentation & Data Logging: Record production data, batch information, and equipment readings in written or electronic forms.
- Material Handling: Load/unload raw materials and move finished products.
