All types of cold forging machines, single die, two blow, and multi-station machine refurbishment must be aware of it.
Flat die rolling machine troubleshooting should be aware of it
Conduct routine inspections of premises, machinery, and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests.
Documentation for IATF, ISO 9001/14001/45001
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical &electrical issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Manage contractors and supervise maintenance staff.
Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations and production teams.
Train staff on equipment use, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.
Perform root cause analysis on major failures and implement corrective actions.
Install new equipment and systems as needed
