Description

We are looking for young and energetic Freshers to join our New factory located at Selakarichal, Palladam - Chettipalayam Frontier Road, Coimbatore .

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who have completed technical education interested to work in a fabrication industry especially in fitting or welding or fabrication and are willing to undergo hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Fitters and welders in daily welding and fabrication tasks.
Help in assembling machine frames and fabricated structures as per drawings.
Learn and perform basic Fitting and welding techniques under supervision.
Prepare, clean, and set up metal components before any process.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain all the equipment and tools in good working condition.
Participate in on-the-job training sessions to improve technical and safety skills.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area.

Educational Qualification:

Both Freshers & Experienced are Welcome to apply.

Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
If interested - BE Mechanical / Production / Automobile (With / Without Arrear) can also apply.

Key Skills Required:

Eagerness to learn and adapt
Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred)
Good physical stamina and attention to detail
Safety-conscious and team-oriented attitude
