Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute assigned fabrication and wiring activities individually or as a team member to meet project requirements.
  2. Fabricate control panels as per approved drawings provided by the Supervisor.
  3. Support the Project Team during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  4. Carry out modifications in panel wiring based on design changes and requirements.
  5. Perform site installation and supervise equipment setup and field wiring activities.
  6. Prepare and submit daily wiring schedules to the Supervisor.
  7. Maintain proper records of design documents, panel consumables, and electrical tools at the factory.
  8. Ensure adherence to 5S practices for workplace organization and safety.
  9. Submit daily work reports to HR through the Supervisor or Team Heads.
  10. Comply with company processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  11. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

  1. ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or relevant technical field.
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in panel wiring, fabrication, or electrical installation.
  3. Basic communication skills in English are preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  1. Hands-on experience in control panel wiring and fabrication.
  2. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
  3. Knowledge of electrical components, tools, and safety practices.
  4. Experience in field wiring and equipment installation.
  5. Familiarity with 5S methodology and workplace organization.
  6. Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
