Job Description – Supervisor, Machine Shop

Supervise day-to-day machining operations in the machine shop.
Manage operators, setters, and programmers to achieve production targets.
Ensure proper machine utilization, productivity, and process compliance.
Possess working knowledge of VMC programs, machine settings, and machining processes.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate with planning and quality departments.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, process controls, and customer requirements.
Conduct manpower allocation and shift planning.
Analyse production issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor tooling, fixtures, and machine maintenance requirements.
Train and guide operators on machining processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and maintain production reports and performance records.

Knowledge of VMC Programs,Machine Setting and Process Control
