Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the factory/plant. The candidate should ensure smooth operation of all electrical installations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machines, motors, control panels, and wiring systems.
Install, test, and commission electrical systems and equipment.
Monitor and maintain transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, VFDs, and electrical distribution systems.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power supply, and emergency electrical systems.
Maintain maintenance records and submit daily reports.
Follow electrical safety regulations and company safety procedures.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
Assist in equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of welding machines, grinding machines, cutting machines, and other fabrication equipment.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machinery and power distribution systems.
Maintain and repair overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment electrical systems.
Operate and maintain DG (Diesel Generator) sets and associated electrical panels.
Inspect and maintain electrical switchboards, distribution panels, cables, and wiring.
Ensure proper functioning of factory lighting, fans, power sockets, and utility electrical systems.
Carry out installation of new electrical equipment, wiring, and power connections as required.
Monitor electrical loads and ensure safe operation of all equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to management.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment operation with minimum downtime.
