Read and understand fabrication drawings, GA drawings, isometric drawings, and assembly drawings.
Perform marking, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fit-up of plates, pipes, and structural components.
Assemble pressure vessels, storage tanks, ducts, skids, and piping systems as per drawings.
Carry out shell rolling, nozzle fit-up, dish end fit-up, and structural fabrication activities.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment during fabrication and assembly.
Coordinate with welders and supervisors to complete fabrication work as per schedule.
Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, and try square.
Prepare materials and joints for welding operations.
Assist in hydro test preparation and final assembly activities.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication and piping drawings independently.
Experience in fit-up of carbon steel and stainless steel materials.
Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in ASME Pressure Vessel fabrication.
Knowledge of nozzle orientation, shell assembly, and piping fit-up.
Understanding of fabrication tolerances and quality requirements.
Experience in heavy fabrication and engineering manufacturing industries.
