Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Operator for our manufacturing unit who can perform precise grinding operation with different grinding wheels.

Responsibility : 

  • Operate angle grinders, bench grinders, and polishing tools.
  • Remove welding spatters, burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects.
  • Smooth weld joints and prepare surfaces for finishing processes.
  • Ensure required surface finish standards are achieved.
  • Ensure no scratches, dents, or grinding marks beyond acceptable limits.
  • Report defects or abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Complete jobs according to production targets.
  • Coordinate with Welding, Fabrication, and Quality departments.
  • Use safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and face shields.
  • Follow grinder safety procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor
