Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Bending Setter (Press Brake Setter) to program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines for precision sheet metal bending. 

Responsibility :

  • Set punches and dies according to job requirements.
  • Perform machine setup for new parts and changeovers.
  • Adjust machine parameters for accurate bending.
  • Create, modify, and optimize bending programs.
  • Calculate bend allowance and bend deduction.
  • Support operators during production.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Minimize rework and rejection.
  • Follow 5S practice and safety procedures.
  • Perform basic machine and tooling maintenance checks.
