Perform MIG/TIG welding as per approved WPS and engineering drawings
Execute high-quality multi-pass welding on heavy steel fabrication components
Perform fillet welds (6mm–22mm) and V-groove butt joints up to 40mm thickness
Carry out welding in 3G and 4G positions as per production requirements
Ensure weld quality meets UT, LPI, and MPI acceptance standards
Identify welding defects and perform necessary repairs or rework
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols
Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of welding equipment
Follow PPE requirements, welding safety procedures, and company EHS guidelines
Complete assigned jobs within planned cycle time while maintaining quality standards
