Job Description

The Supervisor Trainee supports daily operations while learning the skills required to lead a team effectively. This role involves assisting supervisors, monitoring workflow, ensuring quality standards, and developing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and operational processes.
Assist supervisors in coordinating daily team activities.
Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work quality.
Support scheduling and shift planning.
Help ensure compliance with workplace safety and company standards.
Communicate work instructions and provide guidance to team members.
Assist in resolving routine operational issues and escalating complex concerns when needed.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Participate in training programs and leadership development activities.
Build strong working relationships with team members and other departments.
